Blog Post of the Day:
Yesterday I asked your to "think differently" and push yourself to be uncommon with your PSA project using Google Slides. Why do you think I asked you to do that? What is the point? Why not just use bullets and headers? Explain.

Most would say that there isn't any. Why bother with silly little things like the PSA project you had to do in that one little class when you were still in high school? It's not like you're ever going to use that in real life, right?
Wrong.
Doing things like this teaches us about new perspectives and slowly eases us into being comfortable with a variety of different things, from public speaking to creative thinking. It may seem pointless, but later in life, it'll be helpful. It's doubtful that anyone in this class will just stop one day and think 'oh man am I glad I took that one class that one time' or ever thank Mrs. Scheuerman for her efforts, but subconsciously, it will end up being helpful.
One day you'll need to look at something from the perspective of someone else. Because of the Biology class you took, that Geometry class you cursed all the way, and the Honors English Language Arts class you really thought should just have been called Language Arts, you'll have different mindsets ingrained inside you, just waiting to pop out when they're needed.
But, all the same, I'm a fourteen year old girl who has experienced literally nothing of importance. So you probably shouldn't take my word for it.
