Blog Post of the Day:
After watching the short clip of Ashton Kutcher's acceptance speech what did you take away from his advice? What does this quote mean to you -"Everything around you that you call life was made up by people that were no smarter than you, and you can change it, you can influence it, you can build your own things that other people can use."
There's no point in living if you're living for someone else. Why should you be the one trying to fit into someone else's world? The people that created those standards aren't better than me; in fact, there's a pretty big chance that they're actually worse. Nothing is what it appears to be more than half the time, and the other half, there's probably someone else sitting behind a curtain pulling the strings. That's where you come to a choice; are you going to be a leader, a follower, or neither? A leader is in a hierarchy; a mess of tricking someone while unknowingly being tricked. A follower often doesn't even realize they're following; they just jumble along with the masses, preaching to the choir about things they often know nothing about. That brings a person to the last option.
